Our whole milk (from our happy cows pastured on organic fields) is low-temperature vat pasteurized, NOT ultra-pasteurized like a lot of supermarket milk which extends the shelf life but lowers the nutritional value.
Our milk is not homogenized, which is why you see a creamline in each bottle — so shake it up! Some people say they can taste the difference. “It’s milkier.”
