Knueven Stone Mills Organic Flours and Meals offer the highest quality ingredients for all of your cooking and baking needs. All of our crops are OEFFA* certified organic from our very own fields that have been a part of the farm for generations.

Our flours and meals contain no artificial preservatives of any kind. They are unbleached and chemical-free. No chlorine dioxide, bromate and benzoyl peroxide are used to give an artificially white appearance.

Organic Emmer (ancient)

Age: ancient
Grind: Fine grind for multipurpose.

Best for: Artisan breads, muffins, cookies, and coffee cakes. It also makes a rich, brown, rustic pasta.
Flavors: Nutty, herbal

Organic Heirloom
Red Fife Flour

12.5–14%

Milled from: Red Fife, an Heirloom hard red winter wheat  
Flavors:
Nutty, herbaceous

Best for: Your favorite yeast or sourdough recipes, as well as in muffins and cookies. Its high gluten content makes it a good to use by itself or mixed with lower gluten flours, such as spelt. Breads tend to bake up moister with this flour.
